  • TXR050000 Industrial Stormwater Multi-Sector General Permit for Treatment and Discharge from Industrial Facilities
    • Required for industrial activity storm water discharges to surface waters of the United States (WOUS) or MS4s.
    • We understand the conditions for special circumstances, such as being located within the Edwards Aquifer or impaired streams
    • Familiar with waiver requirements
    • We will not abandon you during the filing of the Notice of Intent (NOI), NOC and Notice of Termination (NOT)
  • TXR150000 Stormwater Controls
    • Required when 1 or more acres will be disturbed
    • Special conditions when your project is within the Edwards Aquifer
    • Special conditions when Impaired Streams are in proximity to your site
    • Understand requirements for waivers
    • Understand when a Notice of Change (NOC) is required
    • We will be there through the filing of the Notice of Intent (NOI), NOC and Notice of Termination (NOT)
